ICAT is supporting Togo to improve its ability to track progress on its climate goals by strengthening its national MRV framework and developing a system for tracking its NDCs. This includes improving data quality, establishing arrangements and procedures to ensure accuracy, and incorporating sub-national levels into the reporting process.
Strengthen and expand the national MRV framework, including institutional and methodological procedures, develop the national NDC tracking system, and improve NDC data quality.
