The project is conducting a needs and gap assessment for MRV of the transport and energy sectors with the aim of strengthening institutional arrangements in both sectors. The work is also going to develop capacity for data management to track NDC implementation in the transport and energy sectors based on ICAT methodologies. It will result in the development of a roadmap to ensure the sustainability of project outcomes.
