ICAT supports the Comoros in the development of a methodological framework to be used by the country to measure and evaluate the impact of its climate policies and actions in the AFOLU and energy sectors. This includes the development of guidelines on how to measure the effects of policies and actions aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, in order to meet development needs, and thereby promote systemic change.
Enhance transparency in tracking and monitoring NDC mitigation measures in the energy and AFOLU sectors, evaluate strategies and policies for mitigation, initiating the development of a climate finance tracking system based in the ICAT climate finance transparency guide.
Deliverables will be made available here as project implementation progresses.
