ICAT is Heading to COP28!

 ICAT is Heading to COP28!

Join us for a series of exciting events, meetings and actions on climate transparency!

COP28 will bring together the nations of the world to review the current status of our global fight against climate change and take action to bring us closer to achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement.

As the backbone of the Paris Agreement, transparency is essential for its success. The global stocktake has shown us that we are not on track towards achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement. However, the Paris Agreement remains the only functioning mechanism to address climate change on a global scale.  Therefore, transparency efforts need to be further enhanced, and support scaled up.  With a series of high-level and technical meetings, events and actions, ICAT will put transparency in the centre of climate discussions, showing it’s essential for successful climate action.

Explore our plans below. For more information, feel free to contact us at icat@unops.org. Follow us on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn to stay up-to-date on the latest ICAT news.
