The Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) is pleased to share with you the recording for the introductory webinar to the ICAT Series of Policy Assessment Guides. This first webinar, which took place on 6th May 2020, explained how the ICAT Assessment Guides can be applied to assess the GHG, sustainable development and transformational impacts of climate policies and actions at various levels of governance.
The webinar featured a panel of expert speakers and looked at the overarching value of the ICAT Assessment Guides in addressing climate change at both a global and a national level. It covered how they relate to the Paris Agreement’s Enhanced Transparency Framework and, most importantly, provided a practical overview of how you can start to use the Guides and to reap the benefits they offer. It is recommended to listen until the end as the Q&A session was filled with a diverse array of interesting questions.
