ICAT is supporting Haiti to build and enhance institutional arrangements and transparency frameworks in the energy and agriculture sectors.
Enable Haiti to manage and monitor its mitigation actions through a framework for regularly collecting and managing data, assessing policy impacts, and developing indicators to report progress. Support the development of MRV frameworks for the energy and agriculture sectors, including institutional arrangements and a legal framework for MRV system institutionalization.
