ICAT is seeking a grantee to provide subject-matter guidance and substantive input to the development and delivery of two training offerings based on the ICAT Climate Finance Transparency Guide. These training offerings will consist of:
The objective is to build developing countries’ capacity on climate finance transparency, so that they can use what they have learnt to advance the implementation of their climate policies and actions, in particular their contribution to implementing the Paris Agreement.
