The Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) is seeking a Technical Specialist to support its work to strengthen the accessibility, usability and practical application of the ICAT toolbox. The role focuses on reviewing and mapping ICAT tools and guides, assessing their relevance against country needs, and identifying linkages, gaps and opportunities for further methodological development.
Working under the supervision of ICAT’s Technical Advisor, the Technical Specialist will provide evidence-based recommendations to help countries more effectively use ICAT resources to build transparency frameworks for the implementation of the Paris Agreement.
