Invitation is now open to participate in the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT) Technical Working Groups and Review Groups.

ICAT seeks expert input on its methodological framework. The framework will help countries transparently measure and assess the impacts of climate policies and actions. Input is sought on guidance across these topics:

• GHG mitigation (energy, transport, agriculture, forestry sectors)
• Sustainable development
• Transformational change
• Stakeholder participation
• Verification
• Financing
• Non-state action
