ICAT worked with Trinidad and Tobago to test the functionality of the MRV system to inform a full-scale operationalisation and compliance with the ETF. It further provided support in assessing the transformational change potential of climate action in the transport sector.
Test the recently established national climate change mitigation MRV system through a small scale preliminary trial conducted in the power generation sector in order to evaluate feasibility, time, cost, adverse events, in order to improve upon the MRV system design prior to performance of full-scale operationalisation.
