We are pleased to share the latest edition of Spotlight, the signature online newsletter of the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT).

This edition focuses on a core element of ICAT’s support to developing countries: training. Climate transparency training strengthens in-country expertise to harness the power of data and transparency to implement transformational climate action.
