This publication aims to provide an overview of the aspects to consider when designing and developing an information system to support the processes leading to the transparency of climate action and support within the country. As such, it provides insights regarding the aspects that are relevant to consider when developing an information system, including methodologies for development and techniques for analysing and documenting the functions and objectives of the system.
