27-29 February 2024, Bonn, Germany

The 2024 ICAT Community Meetings are taking place in Bonn, Germany, on 27-29 February 2024. Representatives from ICAT partner countries, implementing organizations and other stakeholders, and members of the ICAT Advisory and Donor Steering Committees, will convene to discuss and share insights on key climate action transparency topics. These face-to-face meetings and workshops will gather the ICAT community for valuable knowledge exchange, fostering collaboration and progress on climate action transparency.

The ICAT Community meetings will take place over three full days and will consist of several sessions, including:

• A workshop on building an NDC tracking framework, using GACMO and other tools;
• A workshop on policy assessment for strong NDCs;
• A workshop on climate finance transparency;
• A workshop on greenhouse gas emission projections;
• A workshop on IPCC software capacity-building needs assessment;
• A meeting of the ICAT Advisory Committee (starting a day earlier, on 26 February);
• A meeting of the ICAT Donor Steering Committee.
